We want to make treatment easier on you and more fun for you, which means using the advanced technology available to us (the best of the best in x-ray machines, scanners, and 3D printers) to provide the best care, results, and experience!

vatech PaX-i imaging

PAX technology

The vatech PaXi provides the most precise, high-quality panoramic image to give us a clear, sharp, and accurate image for diagnosis and treatment planning. It uses two sensors, specialized for panoramic and cephalometric imaging, two very important images for orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning. The exposure time is only a few seconds, and you don't have to place any uncomfortable sensors in your mouth during the x-ray.

iTero® Scanner

Itero Element

No more goop, gagging, or discomfort! The new technology completely eliminates the need for tray and putty impressions. The iTero® scanner is a compact, hand-held wand that digitally captures the structure of the teeth and gums using the latest optical technology. Your mouth is scanned with a radiation-free laser, and in as little as two to three minutes, the laser renders a digitally perfect, 3D impression of your teeth and soft tissue structures.

The iTero® scanner ensures a more accurate impression from the start, resulting in improved treatment and a more comfortable patient experience. Digital impressions also give you the ability to see your teeth instantly in 3D, improving communication during the consultation and treatment process. You'll be able to follow the progress of the scans, including a 3D model of your teeth on our computer screen.

Sprintray Pro 95 3D printer

SprintRay 3D Printer

Because we are committed to being a digital office and making treatment easier for you, we decided to start 3D printing from day #1. The SprintRay Pro is built with the best materials in the industry and uses the most advanced technology and software to print accurate, detailed, high-quality models.

By using 3D printing, we can print multiple sets of models of your teeth without you having to take a single impression. We simply print from your 3D digital scan. We are able to use the 3D printed models of your teeth to communicate with dentists and lab technicians about your treatment plan, precisely plan any adjunctive dental procedures, and we can provide the models to you as well.

We will give you a set of models of your teeth at the end of treatment (that won't break like the old plaster models) for you to save and use again if you ever want or need retainer replacements. We can also reprint those models as many times as needed because we have your 3D scan saved. This means that if you lose your retainer and/or your models, you can call our office, and we can print your model and make you a new retainer immediately, without you having to come into the office to get scanned again (as long as you have been wearing your retainer and it has only been a couple of days since you lost or broke your retainer). We have made it easier and more cost-effective for you to maintain your healthy, beautiful smile by utilizing this advanced printing technology.
