We have very thoughtfully designed our state-of-the-art office to provide a fun, modern, welcoming, and comfortable environment for you and your family. We have a beverage bar with coffee and sparkling water (your everyday essentials), WiFi, a work station, charging areas, and plenty of seating in the clinic for you and any additional family members who want to join your appointments. The layout, equipment, technology, artwork (thanks @cameronhackettart and @amberhenderson_art!), and fun design elements that make it a little more us (like the plant wall that is Dr. Doswell’s husband’s favorite part of the office), and best of all, our therapy dog Cammie, all make Doswell Orthodontics the special and unique place that it is.
Boutique-style practice
Our boutique-style practice offers an experience and feel like no other practice in the area. By running a boutique-style practice, we are able to give you a more personal experience, where you get to see one orthodontist throughout your entire treatment for better consistency and continuity of care.
Community focus
We are passionate about giving back to our community and those in need. We have partnered with ChildSavers, a local nonprofit whose mission is to guide our community’s children through life’s critical moments with trauma-informed mental health and child development services, and Peter Paul, a local nonprofit whose mission is to support the neighbors of the East End of Richmond and educate its students, equipping them to serve as positive contributors to their families, community, and society. For each patient who starts treatment at Doswell Orthodontics, we will make a donation to ChildSavers and Peter Paul to help give back to our community and support children and adolescents in the Richmond area.

We are conveniently located next to Ukrop’s Market Hall in the Near West End of Richmond. We are also across the street from the Village Shopping Center and in the same building as Pediatric Associates of Richmond.
